As you may know Reta Shepard of your
office and I have spoken about putting a bid together for title insurance to
further Cascade Surveying’s work their doing for the City Of Arlington on the WWTP
Expansion 2007 project. Having looked over your list and discussed your
project needs with our Advisory Title Officer Bob Thompson we can provide these
reports to you likely with in 5 working days of confirmation at the minimum rate
schedule cost of $350.00 per tax parcel. This may be adjusted if some
parcels on the list were purchased together at one time on the same
deed.
There is one exception to bring
up. The Cities lot 111 (19903
63rd Ave. N.E.), Biosolids Facility site
is tough at best to do a title search on in light of it’s location inside the
boundaries of the Arlington Airport properties. The best way I
can think of to handled this property from a cost and time effectiveness stand
point might be to make an inquire with Transnation Title. I would be happy
to follow up with them and get a report back to
you.
