Please see below, I think issues with Cascade Survey on our end are cleared up.  When do you want to schedule the surveying?  What are the points the surveyors will be picking up?  Do you need us to coordinate the utility locates?

I discussed the need for title reports for the WWTP expansion project with Randy DeVoir at Cascade Surveying this afternoon. He indicated that after discussing the issue with his staff that there was no real need for title reports and that he understood that the City wasn't interested in the expense if it wasn't necessary. The only real issue seemed to be easements and since the project will eliminate all existing or potential customers of power, natural gas, telephone and cable except the City of Arlington it's a non-issue. Utilities that are out in the old SR9 right of way will have to be dealt with once the WSDOT turnback agreement is finalized and the right of way vacated
