Thanks to everyone from the City for
forging through all the issues that we did on Friday - we believe we have good
direction on proceeding with the membrane procurement.
On
the way out of town, I stopped by Cascade Surveying to go over the property
materials that you gave me for the WWTP and BCF with the surveying manager, Joe
Tuell. I'm afraid that he said the materials were not sufficient enough, as only
the title reports clearly and legally describe the property limits, setbacks,
easements, etc. Is it possible to dig the reports up or contact/send someone to
the recorder's office and get this done soon?
