Some comments on RFQ 2:

1. BCF - Earlier I asked about parking for BCF equipment

2. Blowers - I think the 5 hp motors are a good choice

3. Odor- Bio-filter at BCF, More mechanical system at the WWTP

4. Mixer - I thought the City was to buy the mixer now? Must have good manuvering room at BCF

6. Dewatering - I like the unattended  operation option

7. Digester - I like the 20 day option for greater redundancy

12. Flow split - I like the weirs. Less stuff to go wrong

14-15 UV - If mfgr is correct we should only buy the future units. City could pre- purchase

17  Office- A little extra room is always good and not easy to do later

19. Grit - Couldn't this metal work be done locally ( Wash. ) Just metal work isn't it?

This is all I have. Dick

Jim/David/Dick:

Attached please find RFI No. 2. In terms of things we are currently anticipating City input on, this is the one and only list you need concern yourself with. Busy week next week - we'll talk on Monday, pre-proposal conference on Tuesday.

Have a good weekend -

Chris
