Historically we were
allowed zero setback with our only issue being access. For example, the
shop/storage up above, the WWTP, etc.

Requirements
Nate & Kristi –
Similar to the question I asked for the BCF, I would
like to know some information regarding the setback requirements for the
WWTP.
QUESTION - We are unable to tell what the setback
requirements are for the WWTP, as we are unsure of the land use designation, and
it appears that both the SBRs and the dewatering building are minimal distances
from the property lines with the adjacent street right-of-ways. Please confirm
setbacks, and also if variances were gained for construction of either of
these facilities that we might also be able to secure for locating the digesters
(this would likely aid in construction sequence by allowing the post
equalization basin to remain in use during construction of the digesters).
Terry – this may be an institutional knowledge question
that you may have insight to.
Thank you –

“0” in this
column means that there is no density maximum. One can build as many residential
units as can fit, as long as the rest of the requirements of this code are met
(e.g., parking, open space, screening, maximum lot coverage, setbacks,
etc.)
[2]
“0” in this
column means that there is no minimum parcel size. One can subdivide into as
small of lots as one wants, as long as a permissible use can fit on the lot
while meeting the rest of the requirements of this code (e.g., parking, open
space, screening, maximum lot coverage, setbacks,
etc.)
4 Maximum setbacks
are required pursuant to §20.46.050 (Site Design in the Old Town Business
Districts (1, 2, and 3)).
5 Airspace
restrictions may limit the maximum building height to less than 50
feet.
