I reviewed the tech memo for odor control alternatives for the WWTP and have no comments. The evaluation looks as good as we can get with out prior testing during the summer to see were the air pollution levels are and what they are. I do feel if there will be value engineering done we should look at CH2Mhill. They are among the best in this area.
