Jim/Dick:

I have attached 2 files - my flushing out the outline for the agenda that Jim constructed, which we felt covered all the important and appropriate topics. The first attachement would be the agenda we issue to attendees. The second one details a bit on what topics we would cover for each of the items. Please review and provide detail, I have attempted to fit this into the preliminarily identified 2-hour time slot of 10 AM to 12 PM.
