Please find attached our responses to the 10% design review comments. As mentioned at the end of the memo, I will be forwarding an RFI soon that includes any outstanding action items from the 10% review period. I don't anticipate that any of the requests made in the RFI will require time intensive efforts from the City staff. Rather, it is mostly receiving your direction and decisions on design issues that have already been discussed and/or evaluated.

I will have our front desk mail you 5 hard copies of the attached documents.
