George:

I appreciate your interest in the Arlington project, and the timeline furnished to you by David is currently accurate. I am supportive of any external efforts that result in a favorable bidding climate for our client on this project, but will tell you that we will continue to have our hands full with meeting the design schedule, which is our very important primary focus.

I am not sure of the source of the project cost you list, but it is still in that general neighborhood, and our design is not at a sufficient level at this point to offer up any different number. I will say that a portion of that project cost is tied up in a pre-purchased MBR equipment package that will soon be executed.

Chris,

I spoke with David Randolph today in Arlington about the wastewater treatment plant upgrade.  I understand it will be an MBR process and that you are doing the design.

Can you let me know what the final capacity of the plant will be and if the $31M total project cost estimate I have seen published is still accurate?

I would like to be involved in the bidding process which David estimated to be the end of this year or early next.

Thanks for your help,

George Dee
