Friday’s meeting with
Kennedy-Jenks went very well; the Dick
Warren recommended changes were reflected in the revised
Scope of Work and cost estimate. A summary of the current cost
estimate is as follows (may change
slightly):

A revised SOW and cost estimate,
including local subconsultant costs, will be provided by Friday
(05-18-07). In order to keep the project proceeding, we would like to
get approval of this contract amendment at the June 5th City
Council meeting. Is that possible? Since we will have a final SOW
and cost estimate by May 18th, should we present this at the May
21st council workshop?
